From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank the Aww Media team for its members' patience, flexibility, responsiveness and accommodating reception to my team's uncertainty on how to go about producing our first anniversary video. With the ever-evolving COVID situation that further complicated our operational reality, there was a lot of direction searching and adjustments to the plan in this video production. However, the Aww Media team was very patient and understanding. In fact, it was empathetic. I have worked with a lot of vendors. But rarely have I experienced such measure of empathy. Adding to its great measure of empathy was its flexibility and responsiveness to changes my team had to make. The Aww Media team delivered this flexibility and responsiveness with a big heart. Whilst my team poured forth the creativity that was very much needed to enliven our anniversary video, the Aww Media team continued to embrace this video project whole-heartedly. My team and I worked with Aww Media on a dance video shoot, for a digital fundraiser. Tasked with a tight timeline and numerous requirements, the Aww team delivered nothing short of perfection! From conceptualization to the final product, the collaboration was seamless; the team leads Gina & Daniel led the discussions and offered expert advice (both creative and technical) and were extremely mindful and attentive to our needs. I was extremely touched when they even made multiple trips to our shoot location, to meet with the talents and coordinators. It wasn't expected of them, but they went the extra mile to better understand the project demands and challenges faced; they were prompt to troubleshoot too. The assurance from them, interpersonal connection, and attentiveness to detail allowed us to prepare adequately and efficiently! The Aww Media team functioned like a well-oiled machine on shoot day, all the team members supported the different functions and had tremendous initiative. I am particularly pleased and impressed by the camera works! Clear directions were given, effective feedback was conveyed in a respectful and considerate manner, and endless encouragements from the team guided and enabled the young talents to adapt and perform well on set. Despite it being a physically demanding shoot, the crew remained energetic throughout the 12hours of engagement. Their professionalism, positivity, and welcoming spirit made the shoot so so so enjoyable! All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Aww Media! Professional, attentive, dynamic , and fun!

We were quite worried when we had to produce our SIM for Hope, an online show which showcased our student performances shot on-campus. Aww Media laid our worry to rest with their professionalism and expertise. Not only were they good with their creative and artistic direction, Aww Media was also able to adapt quickly to our on-ground situations. Our show received good reviews. This was the first time my company had engaged Aww Media to produce a series of educational video resources, and it was nothing but a wonderful experience! Despite having a tight timeline and a re-shoot, the team managed to go above and beyond, exceeding our expectations. Shout out to Joanna for doing a brilliant job at project managing – we appreciated all the prompt replies, check-ins and timeline updates every submission. It was reassuring to know that the project was in good hands! Big thanks also to Daniel and Gina for being such wonderful leads - we were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail displayed throughout this project, from storyboarding to post-production. They were also very welcoming during the shoots, and we appreciated the warm and friendly vibes from the entire team – they made us feel like part of the family, and for that, we’re grateful.
