The girl at the counter helped check my tracker and charger. Exchange a new one for me as there were some issues. She even offered to help me pair to my phone and checked on the new charger. Great experience!

Bought some swim fins from Axtro and the service was pleasant and polite. And best of all, no need for a physical receipt, they emailed it to me (save the environment!) Well done!

Bought a pair of Jabees ear phone from them back in 2019. Had some fault 10 months later and went back to the shop for help. The staff there is friendly and helpful, did a brand new 1 for 1 exchange for my old Jabees as it is still under warranty. Hassle free and fast. ????

Purchased a finis alignment board on Amazon from Axtro. Waited more than one week, then inexplicably my order was cancelled, apparently becuase "the supplier ran out of stock". No communication, no apology, no compensation for time wasted. Very disappointing and poor service.

Went here to redeem two free wireless earphones from Singtel, they didn't have stock at the moment but they took my contact details and delivered the package once the stock arrived. It was a very smooth transaction and the staff are all friendly and the shop is quite easy to find.

Honestly, i am still waiting for my purchases to arrive next week after waiting for the last 5 days. So giving it a 4 star may be exuberant one might say. However being a strict and “cat” reviewer here and at Trip Advisor, i can tell you why i am awarding them 4 star. First, when was the last time a seller promptly reply to your query fast enough to appeased your doubt ? Had one experience ? Good. Now tell me when was the last time the seller replied you promptly on the second query and with objectivity ? Not many ? Tell you what. I will wait till next week and i will test the masks as i have purchased many and from many sources and i will know whether that last STAR is to be given OR to take away the 4 STARS ! Watch this channel people.

AXTRO Sports is definitely my go-to place for sports wearable. I get to know this humble distributor 2 years back (2018) to redeem a pair of Jabees Beebud TWS earphone (it’s still working now btw) and I love it. I also bought my Fitbit Versa from them as well. They do carry other big brands like Garmin and Actxa, among many others. Their customer service is good, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful online too. Kudos for the good work!

Extremely poor service. I ordered two products from AXTRO of Amazon that were listed as 'In Stock' but these were never delivered nor cancelled. There was no communication from the company alerting me the product was out of stock or wouldn't be shipped. In fact, the item is still listed as 'In Stock' at the moment on their Amazon profile. I emailed AXTRO twice to try and understand what was happening with the order - I received no response from either of these attempts to reach them. I had to involve Amazon directly to get the order cancelled, as AXTRO refused to communicate or provide any type of customer service. I'm sure the company will blame COVID-19 for their stock issues, however this isn't the issue. The root issue is the lack of communication with their customers, the lack of care and the lack of basic service. This issue sits with the company, not the pandemic. This issue has also been called out in multiple other reviews below this one, so it seems to be a running trend. Worst experience I've had with a company in Singapore - I would recommend avoiding this company as their base level of service is extremely poor in my experience.
