r	rajesh choudhary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went there for massage today evening and for treatment. Dr Adjit was nice person. Massage was supposed to be for 1hr (60mins), but the therapist finished in 45 mins. The explanation given by reception that changing of cloths also count. For men I changed my cloths in 3 min max if you are so calculative but anyways was not been informed before starting session. Over all therapist didn't focused on my pain and stiff areas even after informing earlier. Waste of money and will not recommend.

The receptionist from race course outlet who we spoke on the phone should need to understand the meaning of customer service not to be rude to the customer who are asking for change of appointments. If someone is asking for a reschedule they might have some personal or medical concerns, the person who I spoke doesn’t have any human emotions. Their massage may be good but if receptionist has a bad attitude what’s the point of getting a 5 star service?

There’s no option to rate lower than 1 star else i would have chosen that. Staff is courteous per se however the masseuse are utterly ridiculous - no effort being put in whatsoever. Me and my wife kind of felt cheated. It would have been better to donate the money somewhere instead. Hope someone will save their hard earned money but not going here for massage. Can’t Say anything about doctor as we didn’t took his service..

Both doctors, Dr.Ajith and Dr.Varsha, are very patient, understand our problems and provide practical solutions. We have to remember that in Ayurveda, solutions tackle the core, so can take time to see results, so need patience. I have been going here for about 13 years now and have always seen good results. In today's world of stress and bad ergonomics, I also go here for a monthly Ayurveda therapy session and it keeps my body conditioned and running for the next month ahead. Further to many of the comments below, yes, service at the reception definitely needs to be improved.

The service of the staff is exceptional. The facilities are great and consultation is free. Personally, I found the basic massage rejuvenating and you can get it done even if you don’t have any health problems.

A	Akanksha S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried ayurvedic massage (abhyanga with kativasti) first time as I had muscle spasm in low back/ hip and severe pain. Wasn't sure if Chirop or physio would help as I have travel plans in a week. Dr. Ajith (only in Little India branch) suggested treatment type and explained in detail the issue and root cause. Masseuse (Gigi) was quite careful and skillful during treatment and fixed 90% of my pain in 60 min session. Able to stand, sit, walk normally now with slight pain only. Will have another session in 3 days. Quite satisfied and relaxed after ayurvedic massage.
