★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We use professional send our parcel to Australia and India on a regular basis. Their service is remarkable and they also give us a personalized and customized services. We don't even have to follow through the regular formalities every time. As we have a corporate account, we just drop the parcel and the rest of the booking they will taken care smoothly. Their service is good. Especially, I should take this opportunity to appreciate to Mr. Rafee who is well versed in the operations and provides fantastic customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could provide us more details about the international shipping details and restrictions online , but when I have enquired the office the staffs says the Indian customs rules will be changing often so they advise to contact them directly for the shipments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't use this service if you want to send something important. They use DHL for their services to India and make us do all the compliance work - upload ids to dhl site, contact DHL for tracking etc etc.. You might as well go DHL directly. And mind you, these guys aren't cheap either! They charged me almost $200 for 4+ kgs! And due to some custom clearance case my package is missing, it has been two months now. They don't even respond to my queries anymore! They expect the receiver to handle EVERYTHING! Poor service for premium cost. Totally unprofessional. Beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible service. when we still didn't get our package for a long period of time , we decided to call them to ask about our package. They told us that the package will come the next day. It has been a week and it is still not here. when we called them again they kept giving excuses like " we dont know where it is " and " maybe it will come tomorrow " honestly this is a terrible service.
