They use a gun to pierce, which has been proven to be much more problematic in terms of healing and even potentially getting stuck during the piercing process. to make matters worse, the piercings are extremely pricey. i would recommend gg to a real piercing shop that uses a needle. i don’t know why everyone goes here for their first piercing (including me who didn’t know better)

I just got my helix pierced yesterday and the staff that pierced my helix was very experienced. She was knowledgeable about the earrings and gave great advice on the choice of earrings and the position of my piercing on the cartilage. Furthermore, the procedure of piercing my ears went so smoothly and quickly ( so quick it didnt give me any time to overthink or panic ) It was painless and im very happy with the results :-)

TLDR: The attitude of piercer is horrid as she tries to push you to purchase the more expensive earrings. She did not inform me that the gold plated earrings were not actually gold plated, and only contains a small amount of gold. My earrings, she said, were the cause of my infection. In the aftercare service, they only tell you if there's something wrong, but dont give you any cream/medicine to help your infection.. I went to the bdazzle outlet at wisma atria to get a lobe piercing. The malay lady who helped me was unprofessional and unfriendly; She tried to push me to purchase the $200+ gold earrings by insinuating that it was the only safe option. Why would they sell surgical steel and titanium earrings if they are not safe? During the piercing process, I had quite a few questions regarding the cartridge used to pierce my ears. She was visibly impatient with my queries and liked to prevaricate. Furthermore, there is the hidden cost of the cleaning solution which I wasn’t informed of before piercing. It costs $10.70 for a bottle and $18+ for 2 bottles. I wanted to get only one bottle but the lady at the counter (a different lady) kept implying that one bottle was insufficient. When I finally got only one bottle, she was quite rude. The bottle of cleaning solution isn’t filled to the brim. if you want to get your ears pierced at bdazzle, i don’t suggest going to the wisma atria outlet Update: I went for their aftercare service recently, where they check for infections on your piercing. I had to wait for a bit because she was piercing the ears of someone else before us, and I immediately noticed that she was a lot more courteous to the previous customer. The previous customer got the $200+ earrings, so take that as you will. My right ear was infected, so the lady took my the that earring out to get a closer look. She cleaned it with an alcohol swab, yet repeatedly touched both surfaces of the swab with her unsterilised hands. Throughout the entire process, she told me that my choice of gold plated earrings was the reason for my infection. I told her that since the gold plated surface is the part in contact with my ears, my earrings should have worked fine, to which she replied that the gold plated earrings are NOT actually gold plated. In her words, the gold plated earrings actually contain only a little bit of gold, and were not actually gold plated. I had to question her what metal it was made of, to which she just replied "regular metal". I pressed on, asking why the earrings were then marketed as "gold plated" and she just ignored me. I was absolutely NOT informed that the gold plated earrings were not actually gold plated.

Very bad service staff that made my experience a really negative one. She didn’t bother to explain the process and looked really annoyed and was just eager to get the piercing done. I left without getting my ears pierced as she was so unhelpful. Not recommending anyone to do it here.

Called to enquire about ear piercing service but staff was not helpful and kept wanting to hang up the phone. Poor service. I will not consider going to them. Please reconsider if you intend to approach them for ear piecing.

I got my ears pierced here in 2014, however till today I still am getting infections because the staff didn't pierce it properly. The gun went through the left ear but she didn't press it properly and tried to yank the gun out. The gun was hanging on my ear and she told me she had to repierce it. Without waiting for my response, she repierced it and my ears were ringing for more than 2 hours. Turns out, her repiercing it made the piercing not straight and it never healed properly. I can hardly wear earrings out without getting an infection or having my ear bleed. AVOID IT. 0 stars if I could tbh. Regret listening to my mom to come here to pierce lol.

I had tragus piercings done here a week ago, I wish I had read the reviews before I went... I never would have gone here. I too was pushed to buy the more expensive 'gold' earrings "due to less chance of infection". They pierce tragus with the preloaded earrings supposed to be used for lobes, their aftercare instructions differ from other reputable tragus piercers. I returned in 6 days with an obvious ear infection however she only removed the butterfly and replaced it with plastic backing stating that the tragus was thick and was inflamed. The plastic backing fell off the next day and I am left with a raging pus filled ear infection needing antibiotics!!! PLEASE DO NOT GET PIERCINGS DONE HERE!

ZERO STAR [READ THIS TO AVOID BEING SCAMMED]. I DID NOT READ THE REVIEWS AND REGRETTED. Don't pierce your ears here. Firstly, the piercings are not straight and you will most definitely have an issue trying to put on new earrings. My ears bled while trying to put back the earrings. Secondly, they are very DISHONEST. They made me buy the $200 earrings and I later learnt that the earrings are not pure white gold. When I tried to clarify the manager was very rude and standoffish. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you think that one branch is different from the other think again. Their staff move between the branches and I saw the staff who did for me in other branches. It's bad everywhere.
