While I normally wear only sports shoes, the experience in Charles and Keith is enough to tempt me to buy at least one of their fashionable designs. Well done, home grown brand!

Even though the shop was busy ON A saturday, her attitude towards us was top notch! her patience towards our queries was absolutely brilliant. despite the crazy crowd, it will be understandable that patience may run low towards customers. However she not only kept up her smile and was super attentive towards us.
Was only intending to browse around and because of her , we ended up buying 2 pairs! Good job Stephanie! Your positive attitude is super inspiring!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at Wisma was very poor. I went to the shop today to purchase a wallet. Raised a question to a young Chinese sales girl. What I received from this sales girl's service was a rude, impatient reply. So I proceeded to a lady who looked like a manager, who dressed differently from the rest. Asking her about the product, she raised her voice sternly at me and showing me her authority. Not sure whether is this the type of service Charles & Keith is providing at Wisma all the while. What a day facing this type of poor service when I intend to purchase something from this brand. Changed my mind to exit from there on 2nd thought.
