The loan application process and also the vehicles registration process were all done smoothly. I received my new car and handed over my old one to him officially within a week. Just bought a 2018 Honda Civic from Colin of B Motoring LLP. Being a careful person, I actually asked lots of questions to gather legitimacy and reliability of this company which I never dealt with before. His company's address is his home and he do not have a showroom. He rented parking lots to keep his limited number of cars. This does make me feel a little uncomfortable and less assured. I also did a search of his company's profile. However, I was really interested in the car I was after and requested for a viewing. He readily agreed to a door step viewing. His assistant, Jeremy drove to my home and avail the car over for our checks. While we have not really finalised our closing price, he graciously allow us a test drive over a rather lengthy distance with great friendliness and patience. This is something I have never encountered with any dealers over 40 years of driving and countless car testing and buying. I'm truly impressed but still not willing to drop my guard. However, after agreeing to the final price and paperwork, I was even more impressed when the loan and insurance was done within a day. Then what prompted this share is when Colin showed up at our appointed time without any tardiness. He did the car transfer online at my house sealing the final assurance. Please keep up such reassuring process in your dealings with future customers. You done really well, projecting honesty, integrity and efficiency in the way you you conduct your business. I am sure great success is in store. We'll done!

Bought a car from Jeremy. What really stands out among the numerous car dealers in the market is the sincerity and honesty of the company. All prices and details were transparent and upfront with no hidden agenda. Despite making enquiry on New Year day, response was immediate to show the hardworking trait. Jeremy has been very patient despite my long list of queries. Even while viewing the car, Jeremy had even shown and walk me through on how and what should be checked. Car is ready for collection in a short span of just 2 days with everything done up. 1st time for a preown car that I had the dealer to top up fuel for me without asking. LOL. Colin was speedy and efficient. Placed my car under another consignment agent previously for almost 3 months and no offers.
