Their experience and service level has always been top-notched and never disappoint me before. Not forgetting that they have a beautiful and comfy waiting area/lounge which allows me to work/rest while waiting for my car to be service. All their staffs are friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good car servicing by experience mechanics. It's been more than 5 times that my car is sent to do servicing with them. Prices are transparent and no hard selling of products, services or packages. Workshop also accomadated to me even though i did not make a booking. Would highly recommend any visitors to make a booking first. Recommended place for car servicing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is good, the staffs are very attentive and professional in their work. The boss Ken is friendly and helpful, waiting area is fitted with welcoming setup, even comes with karaoke and Netflix. Importantly their price is very reasonable.. the only thing to improve is the waiting time. I shall come back again when my car is due for servicing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually just go back to the place for servicing where I bought my car but since my wife gotten a voucher for this so came down. My first time trying out servicing at Shin Automobile and it was really a pleasant experience. The boss here Ken and head technician Gordon spent time explaining the details of their services and the technical part of servicing a car using layman term to help me understand.
Got to know the difference of the engine oil and also about hybrid battery maintenance service which really is eye opening at least to me.
I can’t say that this place offer the cheapest deal but surely is one of the most valued one can find. Understand that they also do buy, sell and rent car and follow with all the servicing work. Highly recommend.

Met Ken here and he is able to give a good pricing with trade in. 2nd visit down with my wifey and he is patience in explaining all over again to her and even bring us to see the actual car. Good after service as well and definitely worth going down to check if you are looking around!
