Chance upon this stall selling minced meat noodle at the coffeeshop right beside the hawker centre during my last visit. Came back this round just to try their food. Reached there around early afternoon. There wasn’t anyone in the queue. Apart from the Teochew minced meat noodle, they also sell a variety of noodle dishes like fishball, dumpling, meatball, laksa and even mini pot noodle. Price of the Teochew noodle starts from SGD$3.80 onwards. The bowl of noodle came with the standard ingredient like minced pork, sliced fishcake, meatball. It also came with  other ingredients like fishball and dumpling. For the amount paid, it is quite a value for money. The noodle was nicely cooked; the texture of the noodle was springy.  The sauce was well balanced, not too tangy. The portion is quite generous as well. Overall, the noodle was not bad and would recommend if you are in that area and keen to try minced meat noodle.
