β β β β β Best bubble tea I've had around the Bishan/AMK area, taste and sweetness is always at the right level and all their toppings are delicious. Try Beluga or Snowy Peach Oolong with Sakura pearls.

β β β β β Closing hours is stated at 10pm. When a group of us went there around 9.45pm, we were deciding our orders for some time after the stall assistant had completed another customer's orders. It was until then that we were told the stall was closed. Wasted our time standing there for nothing. Second time we tried to reach there at 9.30pm and yet, again, the stall assistant rejected our orders. Is this the standard of customer service Whale is trying to portray? To add on, there is no Cheezo line here. So disappointed.

β β β β β The staff is very rude, we went near night time but the staff seems unwilling to work till closing hour. Flavours were very limited, was having a hard time choosing, instead of recommending me flavours, told me they close shop. Seems like the staff weren't sincere in serving customers. Strongly not recommend purchase, expensive and limited flavour, rather spend my money on better bubble tea shop.

β β β β β Out of the all the outlets only the Ang Mo Kio one has special promotion everyday which will make our purchase there more worth it. Although there isnβt any whale crystal series there, they have other flavours for their classic milk tea such as chocolate, hazelnut and caramel. The workers there are very friendly as well, they will patiently recommend us the drinks that will suit our flavour and satisfy our bubble tea craving on a hot and sunny day. Highly recommended!

β β β β β I think it is basic to at least to ask the customer the cup zise? I was only looking at the drink I want which is the earl grey milk tea (and passion fruit for my cousin who just keyed her order on the phone and I read off) and based on the menu for that tea there is only one size so I assumed they is no medium or large like other stalls BECAUSE I DID NOT NOTICE THERE IS A UPSIZE FOR $1 AT THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. So I bought two cups of drink and the staff DID NOT ASK ME WHAT SIZE I WANT AND JUST UPSIZE FOR ME ON HER OWN? AND I ONLY NOTICED WHEN I WENT HOME? That is not what staffs from other stalls do.

β β β β β One of our favourite bubble tea brand! The unique part is that they will launch many different series throughout the year. This time they had Honey Series with 7 different drinks.
It's not overly sweet, taste really good & refreshing too! As for their regular drinks, I like their grapefruit lava! It's full of grapefruit pulps & is refreshing!
