buangkok branch not very informed about their own shopback promotion. i have to argue that the voucher can be used on whole cakes. also, buangkok branch does not accept visa/mc payments. only accept cash or paynow. you will not be able to earn cashback after using voucher. no wonder few people buy the vouchers. cake and bread taste ok, can still recommend.

Auntie is little rude. But waffles are great.

Unfriendly and poor services from the auntie who works as a cashier. Asked her for help on an item that is tied up tightly and she shouted and asked me to get by myself as it is not her responsibility.

The breads and buns are great and tasty at this bakery located near Buangkok MRT. Floss bun, milk bun or sausage bun etc prices are typically $1.50++ ea. Would be 5 stars if the server handles the bread crumbs or ingredients with hygiene practice. She just shoved the crumbs to one of the container box where tongs are placed when consumers purchased their buns.

The old aunty who wears a spectacle is very rude and unprofessional, inquired about the taste of one of the product and she replied with “I don’t know, I have never tried before” on top of the poor customer service skills, the way she handle and talk to customers were also incredibly awful. Many of my friends and family who have purchase from the stall all had the same feedback on that aunty. Hope the management can look into it soon

The old auntie with silver hair was very rude. Would not visit again. Gave 3 star because the Chinese auntie tried to help and was very nice. Was buying some bread in the evening and there was a promotion. Usually I pay with Kopitiam card, but today she said cannot. So I politely asked if the machine spoilt or it’s a permanent change, she said promo items can’t use card, with a very condescending tone. Then she mumbled something about if we buy 3 or 5 more, then we can use the card. So my friend told me to get more. Unsure what exactly she said, I asked her what’s the minimal to pay with card. She said very rudely: if you buy all of it. Such rude attitude is so uncalled for. Ruined my evening, would avoid this place to preserve some inner peace.

CRAZY RUDE AUNTIE AND HORRIBLE BREAD. the old auntie with silver hair is super rude. It is not the first time she behaves like a crazy chicken and think she is some big deal. The bread is horrible and with this kind of standard of staff, you might as well close down.

Ordered the waffle from this store and was super disappointed and shocked when I found a metal wire inside. Would give this zero stars if I could as it is such a health hazard. The photos speak for themselves.
