Found the place online .. got the full body massage plus herbal wrap as I have bad migraine and body ache due to booster .. therapist was so good at kneading out the sore muscle ..gave many good advice as well how to take care body as well .. went home and slept almost 12 hours . Feel like a brand new person today . This is the first place I have gone for massage in sg ..it’s a bit small with dark walls and dim lights .. walls are thin you can hear conversation around you . I don’t mind , as long as the massage is good and price is reasonable

Had an awesome massage with herbal wraps. The masseuse is simply amazing and her massage work wonders for my achy back and shoulders. Since I had been flying on a long haul, I have been suffering from water retention on my legs. After the massage my ankles started showing itself and I felt less bloated everywhere!

The place is noisy and you have people talking outside the chamber which hampers your relaxation experience. Was my experience both times I have been there. Given the price, I think there are better places available who provide Balinese massage.

Being away for so long and good to be back home. Made a visit from my residence above Bedok Mall to Balinese Thai. Had a superb massage by therapist Moe. She is a real powerhouse. Overall, service is good and the Manager is professional and friendly. Will be back again

The masseuse was sneezing intermittently. This, I only discovered AFTER I had started my massage. During the massage, he took off his mask and wiped his mucus using his hands. There was no wash basin in the room in that dark and dinghy room but he continued massaging me with his dirty hands. I was uncomfortable but I was already naked. I came out of the massage feeling sick and today, I am totally sick, thanks to the sick masseuse who passed the virus to me! The Manager Hazel, who is definitely not a doctor, claimed that he was sneezing due an allergy and that he was FIT TO WORK! She blamed me for NOT causing a fuss and leaving the spa. Does she think that everyone like to create a fuss and disturb everyone else's peace? Isn't the onus on the spa to ensure that all the staff is well before attending to customers?? She is totally unprofessional in her conduct! In the midst of the pandemic, this spa should be fined for being socially irresponsible and with poor standards of hygiene! If you do not wish to catch any virus, please refrain from coming to this spa!

Went on a saturday late afternoon without being sure what to expect. Was welcomed warmly by Hazel who walked me through their services. Was then escorted to the room and was given masseus Mo. Massage was overwhelmingly good. I took the 90min full body massage.Mo had the magic fingers to knead my stiff quads, thighs and calves. Felt to refreshed after. Her technique and strokes were so good it felt like a machine. Incredible. I will be back for more to try the other services.

This is way the WORST spa I have ever been to - Insolent manager and badly trained staff. The Manager, Hazel, cannot accept feedback. She also has absolutely NO customer service. She barges into my room once and barges into my husband's room THREE times, on the pretext of checking on both masseuses whom she thinks are not doing the right thing, without caring one bit if she was invading into our privacy! And she thinks that she has the RIGHT to do it! Her staff is obviously not well-trained and she absolutely has NO manners. Unwell staff are working in the spa and does not practise basic hygiene. The staff was also talking to himself during the massage and makes the experience so creepy! Please avoid this spa at all costs!

I had a full body massage and a herb treatment with my masseuse, Melly. It was fantastic! Melly was very kind and patient, explaining how the massage and the treatment works and she was able to assess my body problems well. Price is not cheap. However, it was worth it because the session was super effective on me. Body ache no more. Body felt incredibly light and loose after. I was glad that my masseuse was experience as well. The manager there also did not do any hard selling. She was very friendly and welcoming. Downside, how I wish the place was quieter. That’s the only reason why I gave the place a 4 star.
