Yogurt with mango sauce is nice! ?????????

Had a very bad shopping experience here. I don’t get why I get scolded by the staff when I spent money here. It wasn’t peak hour but they had no smile on their faces, instead, they look fierce and angry when serving us. He didn’t remind my sister, who is a 7 years old kid, that there’s only one topping for small ice cream and let her ordered 3 toppings which charged $1.60 more when medium ice cream is just $1 more and has 3 toppings to it so I asked him why didn’t he tell such a young kid that there should only be one topping to small ice cream then he shouted at me: I TOLD U. and his eyes looked like he’s going to do something to me when my sister is totally unaware that that staff had said a single word about it. Then he walked to the other side of the counter, waved his hands at me in a extremely rude way and mumbled a few sentences. So the point is, why do I have to endure such an attitude?

Ariel from Yole bedok mall deserves 5 thumbs up.. She's very pleasant and nice to my girls needs... Her positive and bubbly attitude is the reason why we always go back to this outlet.. Please compliment her on my behalf... You must be proud to have a staff like her....

Very disappointed. Many terms and conditions not stated at all in the February promo email sent to customers. Went to Changi Airport and was told they were not participating. Then went Bedok Mall only to be told promo is only from 1pm to 7pm. Might as well not have any promo.

Very nice froyo. The only problem is that this particular stall actually used to be llao llao, which has much better froyo quality. The toppings are really good, and the chocolate sauce and passion fruit sauce are both excellent. Fruits taste quite fresh. There was quite a long queue when i went as there was a 1 for 1 exclusive discount when i went there. Overall, worth a shot (especially if you have a discount) but if you want the best of the best, head to Changi Airport Terminal 3 and eat llao llao, the first and the best.

Grab food delivery. The yogurt arrived extremely soft and melted. Ok… that may be the fault of Grab BUT why does the yogurt tasted milky and grainy? Did Yole or the staff at Bedok outlet changed the recipe? As if that’s not bad enough, what happened to the toppings??? Am I buying chocolate water? The dark chocolate sauce was so saucy until it can drip like water! What happened to the thick chocolate sauce that solidify upon touching the yogurt??? 2 weeks ago, the sauce was already getting thinner. Today’s was practically water. Even the boba (mango and peach) were rubbery with thicker “skin”. Oh please! Even if this is to cut costs, don’t increase price and reduce quality. Otherwise, you will lose your supporters and customers. This is a terrible experience.

Developed a craving for yoghurt nowadays. Looks like I may become a frequent visitor. Always ordered the Ibiza mid or large. Taste awesome with the toppings, sauce n crunch. Staff served me well.

Yole used to be my favorite froyo place but recently, I find that the original yogurt at Yole tastes really strange and artificially sweet. I preferred the more natural sour taste last time which complements the sweet cookie sauce topping I usually get.
