β β β β β Had a wonderful massage experience today at Balinese thai Toa Payoh. Its a very convenient place nearby the neighbourhood :) Huiyi the receptionist booked my appointment, she was very friendly and helpful, i felt very welcoming. Moe that was my therapist name. She is slim and soft spoken but she got such a powerful and magical hand. Very skillful, she got all the point. Overall, i am so happy :) thank you once again.

β β β β β We called to book full body massage at toa payoh branch. Staff confirmed that it's special promotion at 38 sgd for 4 pm appointment. On arrival We were told it's 50 dollars instead of 38 dollars and 38 was for half body massage.we felt short changed and left without any services .Will never patronize it again. Also the place and ambience also was not that great as it looked on web.

β β β β β I'd enjoy the warm hospitality from the therapist, massage was on point too. Love it alot!
However, placing a washing machine near to a massage room isn't seems a fair point for me. Imagine when you're having a good massage with relaxed mood in a laundry running environment. Probably they should consider of getting a playist to minimise the noise

β β β β β Would not recommend. Marketing promotion was a tactic to get people to their outlet - the following details were not in the terms and conditions too. Online stated it as traditional body massage but when we arrived it was said that it is back massage only and it was $50 for a full body massage. Since we have already travelled there, we decided to get the full body massage. My massage was alright, nothing amazing but was satisfactory. My brother's massage on the other hand was bad because they didn't use oil and the male masseur only massage his back and a bit of his legs - none for his arms or front of his body. He had a bad experience but was still charged for a full body massage fee.

β β β β β Booked an appointment a week in advance. There was no confirmation or reminder msg sent, so I had to ask for confirmation. When they reply it is to push back my appointment to a later timing due to their poor planning of schedule, while I was already on the way to the place. They didn't even bother to inform beforehand or to call customer to ask if it is ok to reschedule.
