★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have package at this place but I feel scammed that I have to make payment of $65 just to clean my eyelash. I told the beautician that my lash was different from the previous time I did and the quality was subpar from what I had done previously. But she told me that this is the quality that I should be getting for the price I paid. I told her that mine was light and not plastic but she said that it should be another type of lash and there's a difference in price. Now I have to pay more for the same thing I am suppose to get and additional 'cleaning fee' that she didn't told me that it would be additional cost. All in all I paid $108 to learn this lesson. Please be careful and not fall into this trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made me wait, even though I booked an appointment. Kept asking me every 5 or 10 minutes to buy something or upgrade my package. Horrible service, poor attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pushy with selling packages and unnecessary treatments. Went for a classic pedicure without nail polish- ended up with horrifying nail shapes (pointy nails/cut too deep on the sides)!

I booked appt and went there to do my pedicure, half way through the session they ask me to change to another seat so they can allow another person to seat. The seat was not comfortable and sunken. I mentioned it to the staff but she just ignored me and wanted to proceed with the session so she could attend to the walk in customer.
Extremely unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible services, very pushy despite already had an existing package with them, took me almost 3hrs just to do the express pedi+ Mani, I have to wait for other customers, despite already made an appointment in advance with them, and in the end, they even did the wrong colors for my nails, and I don’t even bothered to correct it cause I just wanna get out from that place asap, just a waste of my time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very very pushy staff. Rude as well. Gossiping about customers who can't speak/understand chinese. Keep pressuring you to sign package, even though their service is unprofessional and horribly done. Don't go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad customer service. Nails wasn’t done properly my cuticles bleed as she was really harsh. There were bubbles for my gelish nails too. Too much hard selling when quality isint good too.
