Avoid this company if you can. Their marketer (Zainal) is slow in replying, often taking 4-5 days to reply after repeated reminders (they apparently took 6 months to reply another customer) - they do not value their customers. But they are very quick to remove all negative reviews within 24hrs. Zainal also does not stick to timelines when making appointments or even giving us a quotation (taking a week when other companies provide within 24 hrs). Furthermore, they insist in only full payment upfront before any work has begun, which we were honestly not comfortable with, especially when our conversations alone were not attended to in a timely manner (let alone the actual works). Mighty dodgy & risky imo. Any other company would be happy with progressive payment. Summary: - Slow replies - Inadherence to deadlines - Do not value customers - Insists on 100% upfront payment before any work is done. **Update: They have deleted and disabled their negative reviews from others on FB & IG (instead of addressing their own shortcomings). Lacks integrity.

Unlike the previous negative review, I had a wonderful experience with Zainal throughout. He is very accommodating and always assuring. The flooring is now completed; the pricing is competitive, and the workmanship is quality. The BamcoLite series is definitely not as resistant as the original Bamco, but it is also almost half the price. Maybe 4-5 years down the road, I can redo the flooring with the savings. Also, it feels shiok to know this is Bamboo Charcoal, not just plastic. I was quoted $80 for trimming of the door, and it was much more work than I expected. Also, my gate had some issues with the clearance but Bamco's installer, Rubel, is a real rockstar and leader, getting his mates to go beyond the mile to help me solve the problem. In a way, I was fortunate to have my neighbor lending me some drill bits, so do have the tools available! While it is true Zainal often needed more time to reply, he always comes back eventually and explained he has been caught up and was often apologetic. If I needed to chase him, I could always give him a call to indicate urgency, he does not have a problem with that. In today's time, it is impossible to stick to timelines. I also did not have to make full payment upfront, maybe it depends on the size of the job. In summary, a very happy customer here. Hopefully the floor lasts! Thank you Zainal, Power Dekor, and Rubel!
