★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeffrey and team did an amazing job to my floors and i am honestly very impressed with his customer service. Initially when i approached him, i was still unsure and hesitating on the colours i should choose for my floors. Jeffrey did not rush nor push me to confirm my decision. Instead he was extremely patient with me. He advised me based on his prior experience and knowledge and let me take my time to arrive to my decision. I kept going back and forth to his showroom and I was amazed at how he responds to me despite me asking him questions multiple times. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to get their floors done by Jeffrey and team. Thank you Jeffrey for the amazing job and make my house look beautiful now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worker sent to do the flooring was excellent. But the service from the company is horrible.
Requested for movers as we are quite old. No movers were sent. Shifted the furniture ourselves.
Was still charged mover fee so contacted Jeffrey for clarification. No response to my calls and messages at all. Had to call the main company line.
Was also informed last minute that work will start one day later than agreed. Very disappointing service.
