I went there today (17/1/19), after ALL details been discussed over phone with their office. Old man on the entrance showed me a finger and insisted that I should leave...
I still managed to call office and collect my order at the end, but would not recommend this company, unless there is no other in Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor customer service. I rang up to make an enquiry on pipes, pricing and how to view the stock since it's an industrial complex, and the lady who answered the phone hung up on me when I asked for a quote. She said," Sorry, we don't give this kind of pricing" in a rather dismissive tone and hung up. When I rang back, she said she didn't hang up the phone on me, but it was obvious to me that it was her. Then she continued giving me a dismissive tone throughout the rest of the conversation. Really poor staff attitude. I would rather shop somewhere else, even though they are located relatively close to my home.
