★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to locate. Readily available spares at the service centre. However for repairs need to leave the item at the service centre for 3-4 days. The place is walkable distance from the bus stop in an industrial area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The replacement of warranty part was done within a week and we really appreciate it. Thumbs up to the service centre. However, the bad work attitude of the skinny girl namely "Teng" seriously needs improvement. Having a staff like this in the front line will apparently tarnish the image of a company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have tried their air fryer before and it is super good! Able to fry many items healthily and bought a few brands before, and I feel tat Iona quality one is so much better than other brands, not flimsy at all and it is very sturdy. Highly recommended!
