★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fish ball noddles $3, 3 big fish balls, 4 slices fish cake, minced pork, some braised mushrooms, bean sprouts. Few mins wait for 1 serving cos owner cook the noddles, after that soak it in cold water & cook again.
Taste not bad & value for money

First time observed a BCM stall rinse their meepok in cold water after cooking in boiling water. The result, not overly starchy texture and flavour, very smooth meepok! I love it!
Wife top up pork knuckles, very nice too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bak Chor Mee Kia ($3.50/4). Springy QQ egg noodles seasoned delicately. A nice change from the usual stronger seasoning. The ingredients are well cooked and the braised mushrooms have a lovely umami flavour.
Soup has a good flavour which means the soup version would be good too.
