★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chance upon this stall inside Geylang Bahru hawker centre with a long queue selling prawn noodle. Based on the signboard, they also sells other noodle dish like laksa and lor mee. I was there around 1pm and they were almost sold out. They only had prawn noodle dry as they didnt have much soup left. Price starts from SGD$3 onwards.
For the price, the portion was quite generous. Prawn were fresh but unfortunately the pork slices were tough like cardboard. I had the combination of yellow noodle and thick beehoon. Love the chilli sauce that was tossed with the noodle, it packs a punch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious and affordable Prawn Noodles, Lor Mee and Laksa for $3. Came at 10am and there was already a steady queue.
I added ingredients for mine so it's $4.
The noodle portion is very generous and filling. But ingredients wise is on the low side. Prawns were deshelled and whole (im this day, prawns in prawn noodles are usually halved. Rare to find whole prawns in hawker centres now.. :( ). Pork slices are lean and tough.
Overall flavour is okay, pork lard and crunchy shallots gave the noodles depth.
Soup has a good prawn umami flavour. But a little too salty in my opinion.
Chef is a tiny cranky granny which was cute hehe
Queue moves okay.
