โ โ โ โ โ they are quite friendly and helpful. Try to solve thir citizens problems.People most of them are coming there for passport renew and some others. What i looked some people are complained about late delivery. Even itโs 4-5 months they can't get Their Passport. But I'm happy to saw that the stuff are trying Their best to solve all This problem.

IPA letter copy(2nd pages)
$12dollar charge for attestation stamp.(Net payment only)
What you need if you need to process renewal the Passport;

$155 dollar charge for renewal process (Net payment only)
Process time estimate 1 and half to 2month.
From 27 june no more passport renewal on behalf. Employees must be present at the embassy.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service and being super rude towards own country people. And also if ask to photocopy they are being so rude in answers and throw my LTVP card to another person. Looks like we have done something bad. Very poor service need to educate them for customer service. Don't even understand simple English. Especially counter number 2 and 4. Beware.

โ โ โ โ โ Most Epic embassy ever. Quite an interesting experience. Maybe the two TV can wake up. Both sleeping, a bit of wasted resources and extra strain on the staff to have to scream the numbers. Nonetheless, unique.

โ โ โ โ โ Really having headaches communicating with them. Website down or maintenance โit should be written in the website that it is down for x number of daysโ. Also when I called them, they keep asking me to all many other numbers. Which to me it was really tiring.

โ โ โ โ โ Cannot enter via main lobby to do IPA Attestation, must enter from side door in carpark. No signage whatsoever to tell you where to go. Only season parking available at the building.
After entering, no signage whatsoever to tell you where to get queue number. You need to cut to the front of the queue to get queue number from the counter, then wait for your number to be called.
Whole process took about 30 mins, not too long but a lot of things could be improved.
