This stall steams their own carrot
cake compared to many others who simply get their supply from factories. Owner willing to give extra chai poh and chilli upon request. I found their fried carrot cake the ‘healthier’ version less greasy than usual. if you cannot decide white or black you can simply get the yuan-yang plate.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chance upon this stall inside Tanglin Halt hawker centre last week that sells Fried carrot cake. However, they were already closed for the day that day. Came back this week but at a slightly earlier timing this week and glad to see the light on their signboard still on. They sell both black and white carrot cake, they also sell the combo of black and white and prices starts from SGD$4 onwards. there was any queue while i was there, managed to order upon reaching.
Ordered their combo of black and white carrot cake with less chili. Food didnt took long to be ready. Portion was really generous. Having tried both, personally preferred the white over the black more. The black carrot cake could do with more black sauce.
Overall, the carrot cake has to be one of the nicer one i've tried. Quite value for money as the portion was really huge. Highly recommended!
