β β β β β Barrels in Balmoral is a great local pub, something that is sorely missing in Singapore and especially during the last 2 covid impacted years. Friendly staff who remember your name, good food, and even better beer - cold and and at a reasonable price for Singapore. β β β β β Good service but just another basic Singapore drinking establishment with the same beers as everywhere else.
The menu was severely restricted as well due to kitchen being small but we were told a menu redesign is coming.
Unfortunately the previous place was somewhere I went out of my way to go to, but now I'm better off close to home at my own identical bar.

β β β β β The best place to dine in and to chill with your mates. The chef kogi is the best , manager jothis is so awesome that they made my day so good whilst I'm there. Highly recommended place to dune in and chill with their awesome promo

β β β β β we went to eat at this place around 9.20pm after our 13 year old daughter had just finished playing sports and was therefore hungry. After having wait for 45 minutes our order, and after being invited to change our choices three times (with an embarrassing succession of excuses from various waiters, who told us to change the dish without understand why, before unavailable, then available, then "the kitchen is small" ) we were told that the kitchen was closed and no meal could be served.
So we had to leave without eating, after we had paid already and at that time it was no longer possible to have dinner elsewhere. If they had warned us as soon as we arrived that it was late to eat, not after 45 minutes of waiting, we would have chosen another place, also because my daughter was hungry. really not serious
