Never had such bad experience with a supposedly ‘reputable’ MA. Claimed to be the director but couldn’t act like one; condescending and aggressive, when confronted on estate issues only know how to use legality and quick to blame others for works that cannot be completed by his team.

I'd like to share my experience having Barringham International as the MA for my estate. Since they had come on board, there has been a lot of improvement in the estate. I had feedbacked on an issue with the light in front of my unit, the next day it was done. Their response to feedbacks and calls must be commended on. They response very quickly to rectify issues and the maintenance of the estate is well taken care of. Thank you Barringham.

The worst property mangement ever. Family business - lack of professional trained personel. Outdated account system - incapable of running proper and accuracy accounting for condos. Arrogant yet ignorant incompetent manager - Mr Jalil. Do not bother to talk to Mr Jalil who will not listen to you but cite a list of rubbish legal terms. Send him legal letters and then problem will only be solved.

a truly lousy MA. I am the Chairman of an estate managed by Barringham and have had a terrible experience with them. They are not responsive and require constant chasing on almost everything asked of them. it says a lot when the owner himself feels the need to rate his own company 5 stars (see below). this makes me doubt any positive rating received. Dealing with the owner is also terrible because he is condescending and thinks you owe them a living. Appoint them at your own risk.

Jalil’s company operates on stone-age accounting tools. He is arrogant condescending yet he pretends to be professional by throwing legal terms. His unprofessional team created more problems to our account than resolving the existing ones. When you sent him request to ratify the mistake his team has made, it was made with an arrogant excuses. After various stern requests for a ratification making him understand that we were going to let go, he confessed his accounting system couldn’t meet the requirements. What an international company with a tiny untrained unprofessional team doing incapable work.

Barringham team has been taking care of my estate for more than 8 years now. They have never lacked in their care of this condo. Whenever we have any problem, they will always resolve it to the best they can. Of course not everything can be resolved as fast as you want. But Barringham will definitely find a way to resolve any issues we have. During our upgrading in the estate, they even help us get some free work from the contractor. They are very committed with all the limitations, they still managed to do the best for our estate. Thank you BI.

Agree with Weng Tay totally that this is a truly lousy MA. I am an owner of an estate managed by Barringham and had some really bad experience with them and Mr Jalil (who rated his own company here 5 stars as you can see below). They ran their account on a very old analog system with unprofessional employees. After having Barringham as the MA, instead of resolving past account issues, they created more problems and conflicts. Mr Jalil was condescending and liked to quote legal terms yet he had no wisdom in resolving problems. I had to issue him legal letters to get problems officially resolved. What’s the point of having Mr Jalil reciting legal terms by himself while he had to be pushed to get things done by legal letters. Mr Jalil also claimed that his company was an international company with a lot of experience. However, I had been to his office at Geylang a few times, there were less than 4 people in his office most of the times and it seemed an unprofessional family business. Our estate decided to discontinue our contract with Barringham after they did more damage than benefits.

The worst MA. Mr Jalil is a condescending unprofessional MA. His company uses an outdated system that creates more accounting problems after they took over. His team is untrained and unprofessional and is incapable of troubleshooting the problems they created. As a results, having them to as MA, they create more problems for us and they can’t resolve any. When you reach Mr Jalil for resolution, he only knew how to state redundant legal terms. Unfortunately by only reciting legal terms shows how incapable he is.
