Wrong Indication of property location on map is common, so can be pretty frustrating. Agents fishing for customers a plenty. They ask for your name or hp then tell you their agent friend or colleague or who knows what is there to let you view the place. As the commission is shared to them, difficult for property price to come down and for all you know the price might have been marked up too.

The agent Shyann Chua CEA: R052816E / L3008022J, posted few unit but went sent watsup to enquire about the units, no acknowledge or not even bother to reply at least the unit available or not. And finally she is very rude and racist. She said "NO INDIAN AS WELL". This kind of ppl dont deserve to be a housing agent in Singapore as this is multi -nationality country. Some owners dont prefer Indian tenants and i understand tat but there is a way to say tat but this agent said "Oh ya, I can also choose which tenant to rent to. So for you, NO THANKS" My bad experience with propertyguru.

This summary is about , Loh shawn Associate Team Director PROPNEX REALTY PTE LTD CEA License No. L3008022J β€’ R044967B We knew him from almost 1 year on the pretext of buying a house. Admist all this , he showed us many houses most of which were not of our choice. Instead of answering our questions and getting things cleared , this agent is so weak he has a weird habit of blocking on WhatsApp. Since we knew him for long, we had to approach him instead of other agents. Meanwhile our home loan did not get approved and for the time being we had to halt the process of house buying . We wanted to pay him for his services, not knowing Singapore has the " No Obligation Rule". Instead of rejecting our proposal he took a huge bribe from us. Later when we got to know about the "No Obligation Rule"we demanded our money back from him. He never wanted to go legally this time too. We then taught him and forced him to go legally through a Lawyer and return our money. He was caught by now. He had no other choice than to return our money back. We got our money back by using our brains. But never knew that such a decent looking person Is a bribe taker from the inside. Wish we had never met him.

Terrible site. Lots of duplicated listings and horrible listings. Getting from bad to worst. Yet read in news that they are increasing listing fee for agent. Further contributing to their decline. Failed IPO in Australia was expected, all thanks to their horrible management, I guess. Best of luck. Many new propert sites coming up serving the purpose way better.

Lousy is the word i would say. Most of agents are not responsive and multiple agents placing ad for same unit with different pricing. And sold flat are still showing up for many many months. Agents have to be responsible and follow etiquette.

A poor source of available properties in the market.. Fake advertisements listing non-available ones, leading to wastage of time and irritation ..

I enquired about home loan refinancing with PropertyGuru. They assigned Cherie to me. She was very professional and she recommended what is best for me based on my circumstances. Highly recommended if you want an agent who wants the best for you :)

Mostly non responsive, expensive, and to his property hike in 2022 is not sustainable. Must get in the real world. No wonder most foreign talent is leaving the country.
