★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sandals that I bought from here had it's back strap ring broken it just 3 months, meaning it could easily slip off my foot. It was only occasionally used for walking on pavements, so there was poor reason for it to break so easily.
When I went to check with the staff on whether anything could be done, they had conflicting information, resulting in a huge waste of time on my part.
Initially, I was told I could bring the sandals and get it exchanged with just the credit card statement.
... Only when I brought the sandals over on the very same day, suddenly I was told that I needed the receipt, and was 3 months too late.
