β β β β β I came here the other day and wanted to try on some af1s. Was pleasantly served by one of the employees called Max. He gave me great service and although i didnt buy the shoes on the spot, he also recommended me a shoe cleaner they sold since i wanted to know how to maintain the whiteness of the af1 sole.
Great service and i'll recommend it any day. ?

β β β β β Quite a range of shoes and attentive staffs. Provide disposable socks if you are trying shoes for hygiene purpose. Shoes are averagely priced.

β β β β β I was trying out a pair of Air Jordan which was served a sale assistant. As I was considering to get the shoes, another sale assistant called Preston interrupted my shopping experience. He was rudely commented that I creased the shoes and if Iβm not buying, I should take them off.
Firstly, I am not a shoe aficionado. I am not clear what the protocol of shoe trying is. Rather than gently educating, his rude tone and talking down was unnecessary.
Secondly when asked, if we do not intend to purchase, what would happen to the shoes. His curt reply stated "then no one will buy them!" and followed with "hope you can sleep well at night".
Lastly when we expressed our unhappiness with his condescending tone, he proudly stated "its okay, its my last day anyway".
I would like to say the other staff were helpful and accommodating unlike Preston. Footlocker should look into educating sales assistants in proper communication to customers.
