β β β β β I would like to make a feedback regarding a very rude staff from EASTPOINT BRANCH, Singapore.
My mom was at the shop at around 5.30PM today (28th Nov), when she was looking to purchase a pair of shoes. The staff at the shop One Male and One Female, where the male staff was busy, my mom approached the female staff and she pretended she heard and saw nothing. My mom repeatedly called for help but she ignored her the entire time. Another customer was around and also witnessed, please kindly see the CCTV. I wonder how BATA trains their staff with regards to attending to customer. Such rude antics should not be tolerated.
She left the store disappointed and probably will not come back again. We would like to bring to the attention of the store manager and get a prompt reply and apology regarding the ordeal.

β β β β β Yesterday about 4.30pm i bought a pair of shoes from there. Although the cashier was courteous, she needs to learn basic English. She keeps explaining to us in half Malay half English. Tks.

β β β β β Horrible service. No communication between staff members, or engagement with the customers.i had to repeat my preferences to both staff members. One of the ladies was clearly frustrated with us and kept mumbling . Made the experience unpleasant.

β β β β β Horrible horrible service. I asked the staff if she has a certain shoe size available. She said she didnβt know what shoe size I was talking about?? I repeated to her twice the specific shoe size or if she had a size larger than the one on display but she just showed her frustration on not understanding what I was asking her. Service makes or breaks an impression of the store and brand, what I experienced was definitely not it. PLEASE IMPROVE!!
