Price at this outlet is same as other outlets in town. No point traveling here to buy unless you are nearby.

Bought crocs for family. Pleasant staff. Good variety and designs. While it was mentioned sale upto 70% off, nothing really was on 70% off. Classic crocs no discount, for others, second pair 25%

Disappointing design, colour and materials. Used to buy every year but shocking to see current ones. Colours are like clowns with very2 stiff materials. Cros going bankrupt or what??

Not bad price but not enough inventory. So even you find a shoe what you want can be not available size for you. Since this is outlet store, you should consider it.

Friendly staff listening to what we were looking for and suggesting and bringing the shoes for us to try. Intending to buy a pair for my boy but end up buying another for myself coz of the great experience at Crocs. ? A pity that the price is on the higher end, hence minusing 1 ★.

Went in to the shop and my children went to the jibbitz area to have a look. The staff was very unfriendly (no smile or greeting) and she quickly went to the jibbitz counter and block with her two hands to prevent my kids from touching them. Tbh we are potential buyers. My kids started wearing crocs since they were young and they have already had a few pairs. But the staff action made us detour back and exit the shop. If you feel you want to prevent kids to play with the jibbitz cause you are lazy to clean it up afterwards, then i would suggest for the shop to put them at an area which is unreachable. Probably somewhere high like the cashier counter. If you display it like that, of course kids will get very interested and tend to play with it. Especially for my kids who have the jibbitz on their shoe and always asking us to buy more. I am very disappointed with the staff action. Working as a customer service, the lease you could do is have a smile on your face. Fyi, i work in the customer service line. And i wouldnt do such to my customer even if they are kids.

Still one of the better place to check out the Crocs offerings without the hordes of shoppers on a Friday evening. Browsers will appreciate the unintrusive sales staffs. Buyers will be happy with the range available. Be prepared though for a longer stay as the understaffed crew tried to keep up with requests and questions.

Attn: Crocs Managemnt Incident happened on 16 Jan, around 1pm, at your outlet at Changi City Point My 4YO boy walked into the sharp corner of a glass panel near the entrance of Crocs shop (pls see attached). He is bleeding on the left side of his head. This transparent glass panel is badly placed at the height where it is hazardous to little children and prone to accidents. The sharp glass corner is extremely dangerous. When I related the incident to the staffs of Crocs, they replied "there is nothing we can do about it". There is no empathy or much concern from the staffs when an accident happened and this too, is extremely disappointing. Please take my feedback seriously to prevent any more mishaps to the little ones.
