BBF is a first-timer friendly gym. I didn't have any experience with the gym and didn't feel intimidated by the environment. Trainer Brendon is patient and encouraging. I saw results in my physique after the training programme and even recommended my friend to train under effective hands. Highly recommend!

Brendon is an awesome trainer. He is patient, encouraging and always looking out for the correct form when I am working out. He knows when to push me harder and when to take it easy. He is always ready to answer questions and checks in regularly with me. One of the best things I did in 2022, is to sign up with Brendon as my PT.

What’s better than being in a gym that’s quite secluded? Having a trainer that that’s also your neighbour. Been very skeptical with other trainers promoting themselves but when I find out that Brendon is also qualified, made my decision easier. A mostly friendly and comfortable environment to workout in so will definitely continue with the sessions here.

Awesome gym located in the North and it certainly lives up to its name 'Brutal But Friendly'! Brendon is very encouraging and keeps training session engaging that one can look forward to what he has installed for any training session. He never fails to give training tips and lifestyle reminders, even on non-workout days. It also really helps that the environment is comfortable and not at all intimidating. The gym is well maintained and staff are always welcoming. Have been visiting BBF regularly that it is becoming a BFF! Thanks Abby and Brendon! Keep up the great work!

BBF Gym is a good place to do your workout comfortably. I wasn't intimidated by the surroundings as the people there makes me feel safe to move at my own pace. A place where you can enjoy your workouts. Specially to Coach Brendon, thank you for your patience, advice and tips in making me understand the techniques to do my workouts correctly.

Visited the gym for the first time and I enjoyed my time there fully. The gym's vibe is good and the staff is very welcoming. I have not visited any gyms or exercise for a good 6-7 years ngl but I did not feel intimidated as a first timer at all when trying out the gym equipment and doing my work out in their free space. The staff were very patient and spent time to explain and assisted us on how to use the equipment. The equipment available are sufficient to do your work out and are safe to use. My friend and I were lucky enough to enjoy a short PT session offered by the PT trainer to kick-start our workout AFTER YEARS (Thank you!) There are facilities such as a shower room and lockers available for use. For those who are reading this review, please check them out and give them some support! May their business flourish! ;-)

This was my first time going to the gym, didn't really like the idea at first as I felt insecure about myself. But this gym provided me with a brand new and enjoyable experience for myself! I engaged a personal trainer to help me with my fitness and get some motivation to working out. Enjoyed every one of them!! If you need any help with your workout don't hesitate to ask! They'll help you patiently and give you the encouragement. Guaranteed to get a good workout and sweat a lot!! ??

Never liked going to gyms because I’ve always been so insecure but this gym is a whole different vibe. The boss ensures that everyone is respectful and everyone has fun! Great environment, people are friendly and helpful. Ask if you need any help and there is always someone there to help you out! Oh, they also have a outdoor brutal zone that I can assure you will have you dripping with sweat!
