★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first experience with F45. Signed up the 2 weeks trial at $60. Worth of 14 credits. Each session is 1 credit. I like the schedule because the first session start at 6.10am. I can do my training and reach hm to settle my young children morning. The training is tough and the trainers are "pushy" in good ways. I am trained in Muay Thai but this is different.. this is HIIT.. I feel my fats burning. I like the setup without mirrors, u will focus on the training instead of looking at yourself. The trainers are friendly and constantly pushing us for higher limits within our means. I have already went for 3 sessions within 4 days. The training are different each time. I encourage people to try out.
