I DID NOT EVEN ASKED FOR REFUND. I KINDLY FEEDBACK AND ASKED FOR EXCHANGE OF A SAFER CHOICE COOKIES AND CREAM BUT WAS DENIED.
If you wana eat ice cream to feel depressed. This the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressed with her customer service, even though she was unable to serve the waffles we ordered. She offered us ice cream instead. 10/10 customer service. Additionally she even offered a refund for our meal. Although the refund didn't went through, went another day to get those delicious waffles. The waffles were worth the wait as its served with the luxurious scoop of Gelato. Ordered the cookies and cream and peppermint chocolate gelato. Was pretty impressed by the peppermint flavoured gelato as someone that doesnt like the toothpast-y smell. It is surprisingly delicious. I would highly recommend anyone to give their peppermint gelato a try. I swear you won't regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful local flavors at this small shop tucked away just across from LaSalle arts school and up the street from DECK art gallery. Opened just about 4 weeks ago, the owner makes his gelato right in store. They also specialize in waffles and coffee. I tried two scoops - the Thai Milk Tea had a nice rich dark orange color, and was very much like a creamy version of the drink. The black tea flavor notes were nice. My second flavor was Black Glutinous Rice, which had a tasty cooked flavor, the rice was crunchy and chewy in the creamy gelato. I paired it with a hot long black coffee which uses illy Italian coffee and came with a Biscoff cookie on the side. Friendly and attentive staff.
