Face never got better while i was there, my face cured from visiting a dermatologist. Extreme hard selling that was annoying despite me still schooling and barely earning any income from part time job. Every time a different person did my facial, their steps were different, lack of consistency. They squeeze your pimples so hard then they force you to buy a serum to prevent scarring ($30 for a small bottle of 15ml?) sounds ridiculous lol. Do not ever visit.

One of the more affordable facial & massage places around, thus stuck around with a package with them. Would recommend still, as their services are decent but do note that they are EXTREMELY hard sellers, after every single session they will try to push for a sale, be it add ons or new package, and when you reject them they will attempt to persuade you, it gets quite irritating considering its EVERY SESSION they try this stunt. So need to be able to stay firm otherwise it doesnt become value for money anymore with all the add ons eventually accumulating. Their machines doesnt upgrade very much either, considering they are still using the exact same tech they sold me from 3 years ago. I liked it so I renewed, but would expect the price to go down since its been a few years now, or perhaps have an upgraded version of the machine/tech. I admit im unsure of the speed of tech progression in the beauty industry so cant comment if 3 years is old or average but with the general tech advancement speed, would assume the former. Also, specific request for preferred beautician is not always confirmed, and they very often make you wait 15-25 minutes even though im on time for my booking. Each room's walls are merely thin partitions that doesnt go up all the way to the ceiling (sometimes its just a curtain too), so it gets very noisy during sessions when you have a chatty neighbour, or a loud snorer next door. Staff are very friendly tho, but I prefer to have my sessions in silence so it annoys me quite a bit when theyre overly friendly during my session cause its simply not relaxing for me at all. Not all beauticians are slow and thorough, some feels like theyre just rushing through, so need to find the beautician that actually bothers to take time for each step. Not exactly 5 star spa ambience, but its clean and comfortable enough.

I will not renew my package with this beauty hope waterloo again. Very hardsell manager: slyvia. She mentioned she wanted to upgrade my package cause my face was very sensitive and threaten to deduct 2 sessions of my facial. After she upgrade my facial session she try to cheat / skip some step. Very bad shop. Keep pushing their package and very desperate. Their therapist cannot speak english

Cosy facial salon in AMK. Convenient location. 10min walk from MRT. Clean environment and comfortable treatments. Value for money!

Was using their facial service for 5 years. Decided not to continue their package. To be honest, I really love their service in the first 3 years. However, good and talented staff left and aggressive manager joined. For the past two years, Staff and manager became very hard selling. They will push for renew and upgrade package even I still had 10 session remaining. Manager was not friendly and unreasonable, and been told : only if therapist is dumb if not for sure we will push for packages every time. Of course, quality of the facial service drop also.

When covid pandemic, wearing face mask is compulsory. My face become pimple face beacause of wearing face mask in long time. After research and review comment, i decided to try Beauty Hope service. My skin were back to normal now, will continue my facial treatment in month basis. Their service is fantastic and friendly staff. The price is reasonable& worth. You also can share your package with your friend & family.
