Went for a 1 hour “deep tissue” massage, if I am not wrong I got a therapist named Joy. The whole session was just splatted with oil, didn’t even clarify if I wanted oil in the massage. To make things worse, she didn’t even asked if I wanted my neck cracked, she just went with it. Massaging wise was really just more of relaxation, not really deep tissue, if you are looking to get yourself submerged in oil then it’s a place to go. There’s a few instances where she was pressing down my lumbar spine which actually triggered something. As after my session I wasn’t able to sit or stand properly, felt like a compression feeling in my lumbar spine. More specifically my SI joint itself. Really one of the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to deep tissue massage. For the amount I paid, not being to exercise and now I have to get my back sorted out, definitely not worth it. Couldn’t ask any better to end my Saturday evening.

The location is central and thus have many shopping centres, restaurant nearby. The room are spacious and gives a relaxing atmosphere with chattering among the therapists kept to keep the tranquility. If you are driving, car park at the location is expensive during office-hours.

Tried their 4p trial. Massage was good, it relax the muscle. Will definitely go back again.

No frills (by that I mean the décor could use an upgrade, as could the towels and bed coverings etc) place offering a variety of massages and treatments. Facilities were very clean and I had a great Deep Tissue massage with Joanne. For under $70 for 1hr, it's great value if you don't mind the basic surroundings.

I'd asked for a gentler touch right from the beginning and a few more times after, but the masseur kept insisting it's normal for a start or that I haven't gotten a massage for too long. Halfway through, I'm still thinking why did I do this to myself on my birthday. I may not get enough massages to rate this properly but I wished they understood each body is different and so is our pain tolerance. ? The hotel is very deserted at the moment, peaceful and quiet. However, only one of the three toilets is usable which matters since this spa doesn't have its own. The other two do not seem to be temporarily down, as one of the door is bigger than its frame so it won't close and the other has it's paper dispenser removed totally. ? I guess the price is rather reasonable. We had to top up for a couple room, on hind sight we don't know why we'd ask for a couple room since it's not a couple package and massages are done individually. ??‍♀️

Have been with them for years. Great service. Convenient to book online through website. Massage consistently exceeds expectation.

We booked this for my parents' birthday, and it's been a completely turn off start to the day. We booked this as a surprise, but when we arrived in we only heard the front desk reception complaining about her systems being down and how we are unable to get our treatment preference because she can't see the system booking info. We understand she is trying to be "transparent" but this was such a turn off experience and removed all modicum of surprise and customer experience. My parents, instead of enjoying their treatment, felt stressed and perplexed instead. It wasn't a healing touch. It was blood boiling. Please avoid this branch at all cost, customer experience is low on the totem pole.

Maggie and Joanne was amazing. I choose both of them based on the good reviews about them and they were amazing. Joanne was attached to me and she did an amazing job. I went for deep tissue and she released all the tied knots on my shoulder. Highly recommended.
