K	Kevin Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have thoroughly enjoyed my time there, it is a full packaged experience. Compared to HDL, which I felt has too much bells and whistles, this place has real kungfu. We ordered noodles and they cooked and plated it infront of us, using only a pair of chopsticks. Much admiration. The ingredients are few but of quality, and ofcourse their famous collagen soup is really good, shout out to the fish paste What I feel is deserving of 5 stars, are the presentation, and everything in the details, like a cold fruit plate, iced digestifs, the cutleries and wares are adequate and correct, the hot pot has an all round vent extractor, and their aircon is solid cold which makes the hotpot experience much more hearty. And I can never forget, our flavourful sour plum drink was never empty, the dipping sauces are very fragrant and importantly very balanced. The only flaw in this otherwise perfect dining experience, is that it would be nicer if the sliced fruits are further sliced into ready-to-eat-bite-sized pieces, but that is just my personal preference

Can dapao to continue the party the next day at home. Fresh meat. Nice desserts. Nice drinks! They happened to know it was our wedding anniversary n gave us a cake. Aww.

I	Isabelle Tay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2nd visit to this outlet after a long time and service doesnt disappoint. We visited on a weekday noon and surprisingly quite crowded (maybe due to June holidays). Even so, food was serve quickly and staff were still attentive to top up the soup for us. Loved the fact that we can slowly enjoy our meal without getting rushed. Ingredients are fresh as usual, and my only complain is that its always more expensive than HDL. But!! In terms of birthday celebration, BITP is still better since there is a free cake hehe. I guess its limited quanity per day but i made a reservation so thankfully they have it!!

Don’t need to order so much food, everything else is decently average, just focus on the broth! Service was tentative. Better to eat in a group of 4-5 people so you can try more stuff and split the price of the broth. Still, expect $50 per person. Good vibe for group gathering and celebrations.

There are six soup bases made with fresh ingredients to choose from. All the things that you can order are off an à la carte menu. The base soups are excellent and all the items we ordered were very fresh and rich flavors and healthy. Why not 5 stars? The negative things I noticed was that the staff was not very attentive. Hard to get their attention and a drink. The seats were well worn and needed replacing. The bathrooms at The Centrepoint are very hard to get to and not well marked.
m	mrjoey15 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Mala hot pot, good quality and ingredients. The soup is really nice not to spice and numb. This place also offers plenty choice of ingredients to choose, fresh and clean. Staff is really nice and helpful, but sometime service can be very slow from crowded time.
