I have been going to beauty up with Hebe as my therapist. She's very attentive and and friendly. However, she's very persuasive and difficult to say no to topping up for products or other services

My friend highly recommended therapist Hebe . And I have just done a facial with her , she is professions give me good advice on my skin . Nvr rush through the session which make me felt relax ?

I bought the fave deal for 2 people and only 1 of us topped up $78 for another type of facial. Without the top up, the facial only lasted for an hour but the fave deal clearly indicated 100mins. The facial was average. During the facial, she kept telling me to buy their collagen facial masks ($58 per box) as it is very good for my dry skin but I politely declined each time she asked. During the payment, she wanted to charge me $136 (including the facial masks which I already said no) and she keyed in the amount so naturally as if I would pay $136 without questioning. Even her colleague also asked 'How come $136? Only 1 of them topped up for another facial treatment'. I feel that this is very unprofessional and dishonest of her. After payment, she kept up-selling their packages and was very pushy. I would not recommend this facial to anyone as they are unprofessional and the facial was only average.

Highly recommended facial treatment by Hebe. Very professional and friendly. No hard sell and able to give the best advice for my skin condition. Had signed the packages with her and definitely will visit all the time. And also will introduce to my family and friends.

Done many facial treatments in many different shops before. Tried BeautyUp last week and must say Sophia is very professional and meticulous. Her facial massage is quite unique as she work on face acupoints. She will explain each step as she massage these points which is quite enlightening. She is also not pushy to sell packages unlike many other facial shops I visited. Not sure about other therapists but will highly recommend Sophia.

I saw your ad and made an appointment to wash my face with a try-out mentality. After I arrived, a professional beauty doctor Candy started to check my face because I have sensitive skin and I used the wrong product before, which caused my pores to become bigger and bigger. Sensitive redness and swelling. After her understanding of my situation, I did the laser for the black-faced doll under her advice. The first time I did the laser, it was obviously improved done by candy she is very Professional and nice. Nice environment. Recommended.

Came across Beauty Up through a Fave Deal ($18 for 100minutes facial) and it was the worst decision of my life. The aesthetician was so harsh when wiping the skin and extraction was the most painful experience I’ve had (I have done extraction at many other places and this is the only time it hurts so bad I cried). She applied so much pressure at my eyes I’m sure a lot of my eyelash extensions came off along with it too. Every time I complained that it was too painful, she would blame it on my sensitive skin. When I got home, while washing my face, it freaking burns because my skin is so incredibly sensitive and dry after a hydrating treatment. Sensitive skin please beware!!! I would never step foot here again even if you paid me to.
