★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the stall that caught my attention the other time I was here. Decided to give it a try this time round. The minced meat noodle comes in both the soup and dry version. A bowl starts from SGD$3.50. Honestly, I felt the noodle was a little bit let down.
it wasn’t cooked well as it was the noodle was sticking to each other and it was clamping into big lump. The noodle has also the very strong alkene taste to it which was such a huge turnoff. Besides that, noodle was too dry.
Other than that, the soup and the fried wanton was alright but nothing to shout about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I have to address some expectation…. dun expect the stall owner or staff to greet you with a friendly smile ?
Just focus on the noodle…. Very nice soup base & the wanton is really smooth & yummy! We normally opt for the soup type instead of dried one ?
They also sell their signature chilli and fried pork lard at $5 each. Give it a try if you want to DIY a bowl of minced pork wanton noodle :-)

The soup is savoury and the meat balls is a nice chewy texture.
The mee pok and the sauce has a good balance of savoury and spicy.
There was also a photo shoot taking place today.
Yes got to try a piece if the You Tiao cuttlefish sample from the lady. Good taste!
