Don't let me in here too often! I love this stuff. Their bak kwa is like sweet and savory bbq jerky without the.concern of breaking off a tooth like when you gnaw on dried meats from North America. No, no. This stuff here is tender, delicious, easy to eat and just divine. Many flavors. Great for gifts. I look it chopped in recipes. Oh goodness, it is good!!

Chinatown in Singapore is supposedly where it all begins for Bee Cheng Hiang, which is one of the most popular brands of braised meat specialty snacks in all of SE Asia. Even in Hong Kong, many people love Bee Cheng Hiang and make sure to bring some home with them from Singapore when they visit. Our favorite is the Chili Pork. Because of the method of preparation, the ingredients mix very well with the shredded meat before being compacted into sheets.
