Befound’s Instagram posts (especially client’s journey posts) piqued my interest and got me wondering what it was all about. After speaking to Rachel, I was amazed to hear that the improvements I saw in clients was through daily skincare routine. The skincare products used were commonly found in local pharmacy and aren’t pricey in-house custom-blends. The important point was to learn about the ingredients in the skincare products we’re using and using them correctly and consistently. I also liked that Befound isn’t pushy or engage in hardselling. At the first consultation (after skincare class), I learnt that almost all of my current skincare products (popular brands) were not suitable for me. They contained fragrance and other ingredients that would irritate my skin. I would also have tons of questions from what I heard and read online which I could clarify with Pris during the consultations. Befound then helped me pick some new products and taught me how to use them. At the subsequent skincare analysis and consultations, I could see for myself what difference the products, amount used and sun exposure did. I don’t struggle with acne so my transformation may not be as obvious but I could clearly see the redness gone, skin brightening up and skin tone becoming more even. I hardly get pimples now that my skin barrier is healthier. I also wake up with less oily skin and don’t experience dryness (tightness). I signed up for the 3 month programme and decided to extend another 9 months after experiencing the results. With a good daily skincare routine, I don’t even need to go to facials anymore :) I got better results than through the regular facials I go to.

10/10 would recommend!! Engaged BeFound for my wedding makeup, and it was the best decision ever! I went for the trial not knowing what I wanted, but left feeling very happy with what was proposed. Priscilla was very patient in understanding what I liked, meticulous and takes pride in what she does. She’s also very knowledgeable and shared some products to help improve my skin prior to the wedding. She made me feel and look beautiful on my wedding day and my guests were full of compliments! I had such a great experience with BeFound Studios! Priscilla was my bridal make up artist, knew she was the one for me when I came across her editorial looks. On top of being a great makeup artist, her skincare and makeup class was exceptional! Decided to invest in learning more about my skin, how to stop acne outbreaks, and that was one of the best decision I’ve made. Not only that, the 90days programme that comes after the class is great, my skin progress was being tracked, and there’s that sense of accountability that makes you stick to a routine and form good skincare habits!

Glad that I came to BeFound for both skin and makeup. I had dull, dehydrated and bumpy skin. After 3 months with them, I have seen great improvement of my skin and will still continue with Befound for another 9 months. They will check on you regularly and teach you the basics of skincare. So don’t have to worry if you don’t have any knowledge at all. All of the staff are friendly and comfortable to talk to.

You know the service is really good when i get compliments on my skincare massively improving from when i started off. It's not easy finding a service that caters to what you need but after i went for the consultation and buying the products they offered, my skincare massively improves and healed a lot. I could see the difference night and day and knowing your skin feels supple and glowing is just a good feeling overall. I highly recommend it!

I opted for the Befound Empower 7 days journey of understanding what skincare is all about to knowing how to care for it properly using the right kind of products and their uses. The Befound team is extremely professional and patient throughout the entire process! I attended the skincare and makeup workshop and I really have to say, understanding the different ingredients of skincare products and learning the techniques for different makeup looks is very important! The skincare workshop was very thorough, starting from the virtual workshop where we can ask any questions we may have, to coming down to the studio itself to have our skin analysis and constructing the skincare routine based on the result. Priscilla was very patient and understand my concerns regarding my acne history. I was also able to ask questions and clarify any questions I may have regarding my current routine. The makeup workshop was very fun and informative! I was able to finally find my exact shade and learn eyeshadow looks that I can wear out during occasions. Super happy that I invested in this journey and was definitely able to see changes to my skin as time passes with the new routine ? Highly recommend!!
