XYCO Studio - 22 Martin Rd

I went to 3 spin studios prior and I would say xyco is easily one of the better ones. It’s a smaller studio but the staff there are more welcoming and friendlier compared to the bigger spin studios.They made me less nervous when I came alone to try the studio out for the first time. I had just finish my theme ride with Ruth and it was one of the most fun class I ever had. She gave clear instructions on the moves and it wasn’t too difficult or too fast to follow. I had a great workout session. Can’t wait to spin w her again! Thank you Ruth and staffs!

Amazing spinning studio! Feels very pretty with the natural lighting shining in , the space is nice both indoors and out at the patio! Always feels good to start or end the day with a ride there when time allows, because it's clean and pretty makes me feel fancy hahaha :) Instructors are amazing! Offers both rhythm cycling and non rhythm cycling (i.e. just the riding)! Feels more like an experience rather then a class, differs from the commercial gyms. Love the music choices, and the community it attracts there makes the workout together even more enjoyable! Definitely recommend! Safe, fun , pressure-free but kickass workouts!

Love the aesthetics and the clean and safe environment. Had a class with Dian which I thought really did well as an instructor. Clear instructions, energetic and very jovial energy. What I thought can be improved would probably be the sound staging. Had been placed at seat 1 and thought the sound was not optimum. I would imagine it would be better if my seat was somewhere in the middle where the speakers are facing. No biggie, all in all had a great 600 kcal burn ? Would definitely come again. P/S: I went for another class and was in the middle front row and woah, much better sounding!

This is a beautiful boutique studio with great vibes. So glad we started our spinning journey here as the instructors and staff are very warm and welcoming. The set up - all the way from the reception area (which welcomes you as you approach XYCO from the lift lobby) to the cycling studio itself (very comfortable size, good spacing between the bikes, good proximity to the instructor) is really awesome. Staff and instructors will do their best to remember names, have a friendly chat, get to know you. Instructors look out for newbies and give clear instructions on what to do. All in all - there is a nice feeling of that personal touch whenever we are there, and this is a very nice bonus to the already fantastic workout with the variety of playlists! P.s) The coffee offered before our morning workouts are a lifesaver!

This studio is really gorgeous and has a great vibe to it. Went for my first class that was taught by Brandon, and definitely had way too much fun! Definitely a friendly place for beginners or noobs. The people at the studio have a way of making you feel right at home - showing you around and teaching you the basics of strapping your feet, adjusting the bike and also finding the right shoe size for you. The class was a good mix of seasoned spinners and also noobs like us. It was overall a great experience - you wont find yourself sticking out like a sore thumb even though it’s your first time spinning / spin class in a long time. I definitely recommend XYCO for the great vibes and fun you get from a peddling session.
