β β β β β Set the right expectation before you visit this place and you shall enjoy your dinner to the max. A great place to hang out with friends or love ones, under coconut trees, on wooden boardwalk right next to the sea. Affordable zichar items (average) paired with beers, in a seaside dining setting. Where else can you get this experience? Best of all, free parking.
Located within NSRCC Sea Sport Center.

β β β β β Aside from the mosquitoes when there is no sea breeze, the place is quite enjoyable to dine with family and friends, with the good scenery. The dishes are slightly more costly from the normal zhi char stalls though.

β β β β β Great place to have a drink and enjoy the sunset.
Luncheon meat fries were over cooked and dry.

β β β β β My family and I had a wonderful dinner dining experience here. We made our dinner reservation on the day itself and was allocated a table by the seaside. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the zhi char served. Every single dish was amazing. The views of the sea and sails were spectacular and the weather in the evening from 6.45pm onwards was wonderfully breezy. Fantastic place to just chill by the sea and relax, with delicious and inexpensive food.

β β β β β Need to drive, ride or (Grab, Taxi etc) to get to this lovely setting for dining. The only reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, everything else is great
(Oh for those pets owners - unfortunately, No Pets Allowed)
Free parking, lovely setting, by the sea n under coconut trees.... (May just have to choose your seats carefully, not directly under the coconuts. When we were there, a coconut fell n dropped on an empty chair without patrons at that table)
Chairs ! Quite many are with bird dropings, so must prepare some wet tissues with you.
Okay with that out of the way.....
Food wise we (4 golfers having dinner there after our game) all thought it is more than yummy ! Price wise is slightly more dear than your average coffeeshop zi char stall but what the heck, you get seaside seats n views n breeze n "free coconuts" ?? cannot complain ! Maybe, just maybe, the portions were smaller than we expected. We had Assam fishhead, LaLa (garlic) Sambal sweet potatoes leaves n Toufu Prawns. Not really enough that night, maybe after golf n all of us were really hungry. And so we ordered another dish, Fried Hor Fun.... It was really yummy !
So, yes, great experience, lovely place n atmosphere, lovely foods n okay pricing. Will we go back again ? ? Heck Yes !
Cheers ! ??

β β β β β Nice cosy place to enjoy a different view of vibrant Singapore. The coastal view brings a calm to the mind and spacious seating area too

β β β β β Highly not recommended.
1. Hygiene is not the priority.
I ordered a glass of coconut slushie. The glass was dirty (see the photo). It felt like they never washed this one. I cannot imagine how they wash all the glasses in this restaurant and if other glasses served to customers are also dirty.
There is no soap in the toilets to wash hands.
2. The BRH beef burger came late. They might have forgotten it until I reminded them. However the burger has no sauce... There is no taste in the burger. Not yummy at all. The sauce on the salad was not a salad sauce. Just something with oiled garlic.
3. I asked one waiter some ketchup and he served me a transparent white sauce... I don't know if his English is bad or my accent is bad.
However another waiter understood my request but the ketchup is a "Chinese ketchup" as he said.
4. I thought I have forgotten my daughter's toy at the table after leaving it and having paid. When I came back the table was already cleaned so I asked the waiter who served the "Chinese ketchup" if he saw a kid toy. He said no. Then he wanted to continue what he was doing, not showing any concern about the toy. Then I asked if he was the one to clean the table. He said no. Then I asked him to ask the colleague who cleaned the table... He shouldn't answer if he doesn't know if there is a toy or not. I finally managed to ask the one who cleaned it but the waitress didn't see any toy.
Not my best experience in a seaside restaurant. I will not come back there for hygiene matters and the they're not good with western foods.
