Very friendly staff, rental prices (at least for laser) are affordable, boats look a bit used (especially rudder/daggerboard parts, sails of course), but staff is doing their best to keep lasers in good condition. They changed rental policy recently, some people claim that the staff don’t refund money back if there’s no wind etc. It’s sad to hear that, but it never happened to me. Usually when I came sailing and saw that wind was dead or it’s gonna be raining soon - staff never refused me to reschedule my booking. But I’ve never asked for refund though… Anyway it’s one of the best and affordable places in SG to get some fun on the water.
E	Elliot Ortiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you fancy a day dinghy sail Constant Wind has great rates and boats as well as wind surfing equipment. Walked in and was sailing a laser in 15mins. If you’re into sailing and in Singapore head over there you can even grab a beer after at the pub next door.

S	Sin Ni Lai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took SUP at Constant Winds with Coach Wali. The 2 hr course was conducted very systematically, covering both theory and practical. We were even taught how to fall into water holding on to the paddle, climbing back up, the diff sweeps and technics. A lot of aspects are covered in one lesson. Wali is a very encouraging coach, a good balance of fun n imparting knowledge! Highly recommended for SUP!

There is a restaurant within the premises so you definitely can't go hungry after your activities. Since it located close to the airport, you could plane watch as the aircraft comes in to land.
