★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought is condominium but is not lol. Anyway very nice design with balcony facing bedok village. Schools, coffeeshops, shops, vus stops to MRT, parks are nearby for your daily needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a nice look on the outside, it has a playground near the flats, it has a bbq pit, a garden for people living on the first floor. Design nice, the inside was also nice so 4 stars. I do have some nice pictures when I reach home. Hope you like it(sorry if I put the camera to low)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited my aunt who stayed there.Nice ambience, looking out from the balcony, nice garden view. Very quiet and peaceful. Layout of the landscapes, like those found in the condominium. Should have mmy flat there.
