As my daughter was just diagnosed with influenza a, i asked Dr Gan if it would make sense for me to test for it just to be safe. He actually scoffed and laughed and told me this could only be done at the hospital. Unprofessional reaction from someone from the medical profession.
J	Justice Honest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited clinic a few times n noticed doctor comes in later than opening hours. Understand from staff that he does visiting to old folk home. The clinic's business seems very good, always see non-stop influx of patients. Price is considered reasonable n sometimes lower than most clinics at HDB flats.

I am allergic to Lozenges for sore throat hence I rejected the sore throat medicine and asked for another type of medicine. However they said they onl have lozenges. No other medicine. So I paid $38 for a flu medicine. I demanded for a breakdown but the reception auntie just pushed the blame ard each other and ask me to go down the clinic again for a breakdown. So inexperienced and irresponsible.

Was sitting there waiting for him to attend to me while he just happily carry on checking the medicine cabinet or doing some inventory check. Asked if I can get MC and he said “tell the nurse”. He almost left without signing my MC. 1 star because I can’t give 0 and also at least one of the nurses was friendly
K	Kelvin Heng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor ever. Bad manners, attitude and super arrogant. The sign board put 2pm to 430pm and I reached at 2pm. Door was closed and I called the number to ask. He said "ya la opening now la, you cannot wait meh." That is no way to treat a patient. When I went in, he just stared into my eyes for 20 seconds and asked me what's wrong. this doctor is unprofessional to the max. Please do not visit. I would have given 0 stars if I can

Although he can be strict sometimes, he's very experienced and knows what is best for the patient. Not to mention, it is also cheaper than most other clinics found at void decks of a HDB flat. With all these factors combined, what's not to love about this doctor? Note: The queue here can get quite long during peak periods, be prepared to wait if you intend to go during these times.
M	Mark De on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there at 9.15am and there are 3 people ahead if me. So I asked is the doctor around, the Aunty A said doctor will arrive around 9.30 to 10am. So I sat there until 10.20am and asked has the doctor arrived? Aunty A said this we are not sure. Aunty B replied call doctor to see what is his ETA So I sat there for another 5 minutes and I didn't see them calling the doctor. Truly pity those old uncle and aunties who sat there so long , asking the counter what is the doctor arrival time and get response like wait wait wait . Seriously if the doctor can't be F punctual then change the clinic timing to 11am instead of 8.30am.
