★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife called to inquire if they have started classes in classrooms instead of Zoom. The staff picked up, answered rudely and hung up immediately.
If Benchmark can't even get a decent staff to speak to potential customers nicely, perhaps they should rethink about being in this field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regretted doing my RES Course with them. As compared to other Training Providers, their study materials are messy and all over the place. NTUC members are also unable to utilise UTAP Funding for this coure as compared to other Training Provider like RIA School of Real Estate.
