立地としてはビジネス利用が良いと思うがお客様の接待や観光を考えると若干足回りが悪いかも。もちろんタクシー利用が多いがGrabで呼ぶと少し迷う運転手もいる。 ホテル自体は綺麗ですが、アメニティが少ないです。歯ブラシ、石鹸、シャンプー類のみ、カミソリ等はなかった。 浴槽がなくシャワーのみでしたのでお風呂好きの方は要注意です。プールやジムは併設で利用できます。1階の朝食は6時30分からでお粥、麺類、点心、パン類等一通り揃っていて、バッフェ形式です。グレードの高いお部屋は11階の朝食も可能です。

Housed in a pre WW2 building, worth a look. Easy access to 2 MRT ststions.

Was there recently for a client's wedding and by far this hotel has the worst service out of all that I've been to. Not in terms of serving the guests of the couple or the couple themselves since that seemed... borderline acceptable. Prior to the wedding's actual start, we faced a number of issues. For a start the projectors were not connected to a black box for easy transition and the best solution that the banquet manager could tell me was to 'unplug the cable lah'. Secondly when there was an issue with the image the wedding coordinator from the hotel was clueless as to why the image was cropped off to one side and when my team was able to fix the issue, a new one arose, this time the refresh rate of the main projector went from 60hz to 48hz resulting in a bunch of lines being able to be seen by the naked eye. In the midst of all these issues happening, we were actually graced by the hotel manager, who unsurprisingly didn't know how to rectify the issue as well. Thankfully the wedding went without another technical issue that wasn't already rectified by my team. For the wedding itself their staff seemed, unprepared for the serving of the first course. When the music played, nothing happened for a good 10-15 seconds before you were able to see some action going on. The audio equipment for the ballroom was relatively bad as well, the bass was boosted so high you could see distortions. Everything played had a overwhelming bassline over it causing the music to be barely understood, like the lyrics for example. After the wedding, in my personal opinion, after my team instructed the hotel to play their own in-house music for the guest and so that my team can pack up our equipment, Titles by Vangelis was blasted to (for lack of better words) get rid of the guests at an uncomfortably loud volume which definitely hurt the ears of anyone who was even remotely close to the speakers.

Nice location at centre of city,MRT BENCOOLEN just beside the hotel. Friendly staff and excellent service spirit. Feeling like staying at home. My duration meet national tea day,friendly hotel manager douglas send some tea bag,that delight my day,thank you very much.
