★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of varieties to choose from, including the various type of green. Most Yong Tau Foo stall would serve probably 2 or 3 green but they have 5 at least. Items were fresh. Soup was ok. They also have this yam rice which was not found at most such stall. It was good but could be better if they add dried shrimp to fry with the yam before cooking the yam rice.
