★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very irritating service. Kept hard selling things to me. Got fed up when i didn't want to buy and told me they didn't need my business. However their items are truly of great workmanship and stuff but the service is horrible. Rather purchase elsewhere instead of this snobbish shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to google Buddhist amulets and so came upon this shop. Didn’t trust the reviews here so went to visit the shop. Lesson learnt: trust reviewers. Extremely impolite, rude and bad service. Never felt so insulted before. Gives Singapore a bad image.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever encountered. The lady boss is super rude and unreasonable. Make me waited for more than 5 hours and didn't deliver their service as promised. The lady boss still argued with me when I
discovered there's a crack on my amulet when I collected from her. Never ever patronize this shop. Bring shame to Singapore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad expensive here. This was the 4th or 5th time I came here to get my amulet wrapped with gold. Despite people around advice that this shop gold is not as charge (quote 90% gold price but wrap gold is less than 90%).
Today, i encounter the worse experience here and i will never ever step foot into again.
I came to get my amulets wrap with plastic. First, they got my colour code wrong and my time for collection is 330pm. They pass other ppl amulets to me!! When checking with them, the lady boss came over and comments in a nasty way “It’s just an amulet, what to check?” And, they got the gut to ask us to come back at 7pm for collection when they mess it up. Ridiculous and unacceptable manners

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is a negative star option, I would definitely rate them as negative. Rude, hard selling as what other reviews mentioned. By the way, I would like to add on. Please be careful if u intend to purchase anything from Benlene. They would misquote you another price. Different customers have different pricing. And the lady boss, gosh. She is so rude and arrogant. She should first learn how to improve herself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there last Sunday to wrap my amulet in gold. Workmanship was pretty good. I was able to collect my amulet in about half an hour, though they initially told me they needed one hour. Staffs service attitude was also good. BTW, I only saw male staffs in the shop.
Not 5 stars because I find the price on the expensive side (but it was the only shop that could get the job done on the spot).
