★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Hard sell to pay in first for massage. They say 1hr body massage and give only 40mins massage service. Their attitude changes after paying and getting in. Worst massage center I have ever been. Paying $38 for 40 mins is fine but why do they lie 1hr service and changes the talk after paying. Even the massage service is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well? Judging from the poor reviews I had a completely different experience. I come to Singapore frequently on business. I was looking for a decent price place for a massage and was approached outside the place for a $38.00, 40 minute massage. The masseuse used a combination body, elbow, hand acupressure technique. Afterwards I was offed free hot green tea. Staff are friendly and professional in manner. I would go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again, ripped off by this joint. Keep upselling. Wanted a massage for a promo of $38 but gave me a facial. Upsell me an oil massage for $88. But just gave me a 5min massage and then hard sell another $38 for another 40 mins. And finally insisted that I purchase a $38 voucher when I refuse their package.
Although both the facial and massage weren't bad, their selling method is highly manipulative. Beware there is always a catch somewhere.
Bad selling practise ruined a relatively a job. End up with an unsad customer rather than a long term customer.

People look qualified and seem to know what they are talking about. The lady (Christine) who provided me the 40 Min massage (with the voucher 38 SGD) was good.
CONs:
Not quiet if you want to relax there. They push you hard to buy "anything". And everything is very expensive. First package they showed me (cheapest) is a top up of 1000 SGD!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not going to lie, the hard sell is very strong is this place and sales girls outside are very persistent, but at the same time they cant really do anything if you dont buy.
Took only the free trial + an additional extension for other beauty services (blackhead diamond peel etc)
Staff was quite professional in what they are doing, even has a bit of massage to go along with it, was offered free tea like one of the reviews.
Won't go back again due to the crazy upselling and guilt trip stories they tell when you dont get the packages, but their packages are quite value for money. I just wish they change some of the business practices.
